Mama Black uplifts the voices of Black women across the African Diaspora, continuing the powerful legacy of Black feminist traditions, womanist inclinations, and radical leanings. This platform offers cutting-edge perspectives and radical thought on Black women's issues, centering the lives of Black women survivors of rape and sexual violence across the spectrum of assault. 

 

This transnational platform welcomes the analyses of Black women organizations from Central America to the African Continent, Afro-Caribbean women's writings as well as women Afro-European women. Mama Black curates the truths of Black women  standing in their truths the margins of economic justice, violence against women, and racial justice.  

 

Mama Black is an imprint of Black Women's Blueprint, Inc., providing Black feminist analyses, personal stories, news updates, and community space for one and all seeking reputable, well-researched, passionate, and forward-thinking content on Black women's issues. We welcome intersectional praxis and philosophies, writings and art about race, gender, sexuality, class and other identity politics of women of African Descent.
